My experience with the AVIP program has been positive. The program provides a very streamlined process for offering insurance to our contractors. The informational material is straight forward and many of our contractors choose to take advantage of this benefit. Overall a good thing. Now, my experience with Ryan Insurance Services, that’s another story. Actually, they have been not one bit short of outstanding. They’ve responded timely, on point, and with a terrific attitude. Their brand of customer service is quite refreshing.

It is very rare these days to receive such excellent personal attention and customer service. I also enjoy using the online system that is easy to navigate. You can’t go wrong with AVIP. Our company started offering the AVIP program to employees a few years ago. We are fully pleased with the services provided by Ryan Insurance Services. With the volume of workers that transition in and out, I’m not sure how we could have managed navigating the ACA requirements without the airtight AVIP program offered.
