With 25 years of health insurance industry experience in Los Angeles and a proud member of the Los Angeles chapter of California Agents and Health Insurance Professionals (CAHIP), Kyle Ryan founded Ryan Insurance Services, LLC (RIS) in 2014.  Initially, RIS specialized in assisting staffing companies to comply with the Affordable Care Act, by offering health insurance plans for their contingent workforce.

This focus contributed to RIS being recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the US in 2019 and 2020. Our secret to success lies in our commitment to understanding our clients’ needs, creating tailored solutions to meet those needs and our pledge to provide outstanding customer service, which turns clients into long-term partners.

In tandem, RIS launched the ‘PEO Escape’ program aimed at guiding companies through the transition away from their current Professional Employer Organization, enabling them to reap substantial financial savings. This was made possible through RIS’s strategic collaboration with leading service providers in payroll, HR technology, employee benefits, workers’ compensation insurance and staffing sectors.
